1.3.3. DVR Back Panel Features
The back panel has the input connectors where the cables and harnesses connect
to the DVR. See Figure 1-2.
Chapter 2, “Installation” provides information on the different cables and
harnesses. See “Connecting to the DVR Back Panel” on page 2–5 for more
information.
SEARCH
Pressing the
SEARCH
button provides a Search menu for quickly finding the desired
information. Exit the Search menu by pressing the
MENU
button. See “Using the Search
Function” on page 4–4.
COPY
Pressing the
COPY
button provides a menu for backing up information to a CompactFlash
card. See “Using the COPY Button” on page 4–8.
DISPLAY
• Pressing the
DISPLAY
button provides on-screen information such as the recording speed,
current time, date, system voltage, hard drive, and recording status.
• Pressing the
DISPLAY
button several times lets you choose the desired the on-screen
information.
If the GPS display is turned
ON
, the vehicle latitude, longitude, and speed are displayed on-
screen.
