10. The Pyrometer software „SensorWin“
System prerequisites
SensorWin.exe runs on current Windows operating systems 95, 98, ME, XP and
requires about 1 MB of disk space. We recommend a processor speed of 500
MHz.
Installation
1. Put the medium provided into the appropriate drive of your PC
2. Chose the option R

Operation
The operation of the program is completely explained in the online help-system
(menu option "?“).
Preparing communication with the pyrometer
Apply 24 V supply to the device with the connecting cable and connect the 9pin
connector to a serial PC interface (COM1: or COM2:).
After the start of the SensorWin software all serial interfaces will be scanned for
devices. SensorWin works with interfaces up to COM 9.

12. Maintenance
The lens should be cleaned on a regular basis, otherwise there is no further
maintenance required.
The lenses in the pyrometer may be cleaned with soft fabric or a cotton swab
and a little spirit if necessary. Do not expose the lens to water or other liquid over
a longer period of time.
