Using the headset system

Switching between 

Phone

 and 

PC

 mode

You can switch between 

Phone

 and 

PC

 mode and accept calls of the other 

mode.

Press the PC button 

 

 or the PHONE button

 on the base station 

to select the desired mode.
The LED of the PC button 

 

 or the LED of the PHONE button   

쐋

lights up white, indicating the selected mode.

Holding a conference call

The  OfficeRunner™

 

headset system allows you to hold a conference call 

with up to 4 OfficeRunner™

 

headsets. The master headset is used to 

control the conference call and up to 3 additional guest headsets can 
participate in the conference call.

If the “Always Audio” function is activated, you can still accept calls 
via the 

Phone

 mode. After ending the call, the base station 

automatically switches back to 

PC

 mode and all PC audio is 

reproduced via the headset.
