PREPARATION:
1.
Battery Installation: Open the battery compartment cover on the bottom of the scale and place four
AAA batteries inside. Observe the polarity.
2.
Scale placement: Place the scale on even and fl at surface.
NAKED CHILD
WEIGHTING
1.
Press the button ON/TARE to switch the scale on.
2.
After few seconds the display will show 0.000 and the selected units.
3.
If you wish to change the units, press the MODE button to select kg or lb. The selected units are
shown on the right side of the LCD display.
4.
Carefully place the child on the scale. After few seconds the scale will display the child's weight.
5.
If you want to save the current weight (you can save the value fl ashing on the display), press the
MEM button.
Note:
If the child is not steady during the weighting process, the correct weight may not be displayed. There
will be no fl ashing value on the display. In such case, press the ON/TARE button shortly. The weight will
be displayed while the button is depressed. WARNING. If you hold the button longer than 3 seconds the
scale will switch off.
WEIGHTING A CHILD WITH TOWEL OR IN CAR SEAT ETC.
1.

Place the towel or the car seat on the scale. After few seconds the scale will display the child's
weight.

Press the ON/TARE button and the display will show 0,000.

Carefully place the child on the scale. After few seconds the scale will display the child's weight.
7.
If you want to save the current weight (you can save the value fl ashing on the display), press the
MEM button.
Note:
