Cleaning the lens

The reflection is measured in the process by means of a sapphire
lens (ball). The measuring value is affected by dirt or deposits.

Regularly clean off any deposits from the lens.

Remove the sensors from the process interface.

➢

Clean off any deposits from the lens

➢

Check the lens for possible damage.

Risk of injury due to leaking process medium!



Wear eye protection and protective clothing!



Make sure that the container or pipe the sensor is to be
connected to is depressurised, empty and clean!
