NEVER ADJUST THE DOOR WHILE THE AUTOCLAVE
IS UNDER PRESSURE OR IF IT IS LOOKED BECAUSE
YOU MAY SUFFER SCALDS AND BURNS.
8.3 Cleaning drainage filter
After a long time usage, some small impurity or particles could deposit on the draining
filter (26) and may affect vacuum and drying processes. The impurity could come from
grease, dust or dirty that the intruments to be sterilized or the water may contain.
Clean the filter with a soft brush every month. To do it, please do as follows:
1. Locate the water filter
2. Pull off the rubber filter from the connection
3. After you clean or change a new filter shim, plug in the water filter back on the
back chamber connection.
INCIDENCE: When the two TEST key leds are blinking means that a washing
cycle is necessary (every 100 cycles). With the door open, press SELECT
key (18) for 5 seconds. Leds B and D (20) will flash. Close the door and
press START.
Clean the water reservoir every week by using medical disinfectant. First drain the
distilled water in the reservoir, pumping the medical disinfectant and then wait for
an hour. Flush the reservoir with distilled water after medical disinfectant is drained.
Clean and disinfect the chamber every month by brushing the chamber inner surface
with medical alcohol.
8.2 Door adjusting
If you note that there are steam leakages through the door, you can adjust it by
doing the following:
1 Stop the autoclave and let it cold.
2 Insert the spanner into the gap beneath the plastic door cover.
3 Turn the door adjusting nut counter clockwise using the supplied spanner as
showed in the pictures.
