9/ QUICK TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

Fault

Potential cause

Solution

The appliance is noisy.

The appliance is unstable. Check the stability (the

feet must touch the

ground).

The compressor runs

constantly.

The temperature is not

properly regulated.

Select a higher

temperature.

The lid has been opened

too often.

Do not leave the lid open

for longer than necessary.

The lid is not closed

properly.

Check that the lid closes

correctly and that the seal

is in good condition and

clean.

Too many fresh products

have been put inside the

appliance.

Please wait for a few

hours and check the

temperature again.
