Ни при каких условиях производитель не несет ответственности за утрату

данных на диске. Производитель также не несет ответственности за карты

SIM / SD, оставленные в приборах, переданных на возврат или в ремонт.

Отремонтированный или замененный товар может иметь в своем составе

новые и (или) восстановленные детали и оборудование.

ПОРЯДОК ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ

Чтобы воспользоваться гарантийным обслуживанием, необходимо

прийти в ближайший пункт продажи вместе с доказательством

совершенной покупки (кассовый чек, счет-фактура и т. п.), самим товаром,

аксессуарами и оригинальной упаковкой.

Очень важно владеть такой информацией, как дата покупки, модель и

серийный номер или номер IMEI (такие данные обычно указываются на

товаре, упаковке или в чеке).

В противном случае прибор возвращается с принадлежностями,

необходимыми для его нормальной работы (кабель питания, адаптер и

т. п.).

Если ваш случай является гарантийным, в отведенные законом сроки

сервисная служба может сделать следующее:

- Отремонтировать или заменить дефектные детали;

- Заменить возвращенный товар на такой же или аналогичный;

- Вернуть стоимость товара, указанную в чеке.

Если один из этих 3 способов был применен, то вы не сможете продлить

или начать гарантийный период сначала.
