number.  The  information  is  important  for  others  to  know  in
case you need to bypass a security system or in the event of
a  medical  emergency.  Keep  this  card  with  you  at  all  times.
To  assist  you  in  locating  the  card  in  your  wallet,  the  plastic
covering  for  the  card  has  two  clipped  corners  on  one  side
that  you  will  be  able  to  feel.  Refer  to  Figure  7  below  for  an
example of a patient ID card. This figure does not show the
