LIMITED WARRANTY
Your SecureView
®
Camera is guaranteed for 12 months (one
year) against manufacturing defects in material and
workmanship. The electronics (CCD camera) is warranted for
180 days (6 months).
During this period, any repair or
replacement required as a result of such defects will be
made free of charge.
Should service be required, return the
product to your Authorized SecureView
®
Dealer, or return the
equipment prepaid to the Company, at the specified address.
All returned materials must be packed securely with adequate
protection against shipping damage. You must enclose
proof
of purchase
(sales slip) and any information relating to the
problem and how it occurred. To ensure prompt and efficient
handling of your service request, you must obtain a Return
Authorization Number prior to returning any equipment to us.
The unit is sealed at the factory and is not field-serviceable.
This guarantee is in lieu of any other warranty either
e x p ressed or implied. Any and all warranties of
merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose are
e x p ressly disclaimed and excluded by SeaVi e w

Technology, Inc. In no event will the Company be liable to you
or any other person for indirect or consequential damages
arising from the inability for use of this product or
incompatibility with any other product or breach by the
Company of the Limited Warranty contained herein.
