5.10.6 Mounting of flat belt pulley

Picture 118: Flat belt pulley unit

•

Mount the flat belt pulley onto the support.

Service

Apply gear/bearing lubricant (4039680) on the inside of the bearings

of the flat belt pulley (4122763), the support (4109900) and the

gasket (4123215).

•

Position the retaining ring.

•

Mount the flanged bush with the gasket.

Service

Apply lubricant onto the gasket (4122440).

•

Mount the brush coupling.

The brush coupling is coded and has to match to the flat belt pulley.

Use a wooden piece and a hammer to mount the brush coupling onto

the flat belt pulley.

•

Complete assembling according to chapter MOUNTING OF

BRUSH BELT.

•

Complete assembling according to chapter MOUNTING OF

BRUSH DRIVE.
