Used only as a cable connection for the refer-
ence index signal () (J6 Pin 6, bot-
tom) for sync spindle feature. J6 pin 10 is GRD.
Installing a jumper between pins 5 and 6 will
cause an erroneous drive ID indication.
BUSY*
Connection for optional external Drive Busy
indicator.
