Disclaimer of liability and warranty
Through the law for technical work equipment (Equipment Safety Act) of June 24th,
1968 (Federal Law Gazette 1, Page 717) in the version of the Amendment Act of
August 13th 1979 (see Federal Law Gazette 1, page 1432) we state the following:
1. Using the device requires specialist knowledge and compliance with these
operating instructions. The device is subjected to these operating instructions
for all possible uses as well as the additional options for use confirmed in
writhing by SCUBA FORCE
2. In the event of improper maintenance (service) of the device or failure to
observe the operating instructions, the owner assumes full liability fort he
functionality of the device.
3. For savety reasons, regulators and Bottle packages should be given a general
overhaul every year. The device must be observed by experts. Only original
spare parts may be used for maintenance (service).
