Please validate all local, municipal, state and federal codes before installation.  Below are noted reach 
ranges from current building codes.  

4.2.6 Side Reach. If the clear floor space allows parallel approach by a person in a wheelchair, the     
maximum high side reach allowed shall be 54 inches and the low side reach shall be no less than 9   
inches above the floor.  

308.2.1 Forward Reach Unobstructed. Where a forward reach is unobstructed, the high forward reach 
shall be 48 inches maximum and the low forward reach shall be 15 inches minimum above the finished 
floor or ground.

Mark the inside of the locker for the clip locations and pre-drill 
using a 15/64” drill bit. Drill straight and do not drill at an angle, 
walk the drill, or allow it to wobble.  

Doing so may result in a loose clip.  

 

If drilled properly the clips will fit snug. Push the clips in snug 
and place the shelf on top.
