Exterior Equipment

Cockpit Console Sink and Cooler

The console behind the helm seat is equipped

with a sink, counter top/cutting board, a pullout

basket and storage drawer. There is also a slide

out cooler below the sink. A grab rail provides a

handhold when moving about the cockpit.

The sink is plumbed to the fresh water system and

drained by gravity to a thru-hull fitting in the hull

side above the waterline. To use the sink, remove

the lid and rotate the faucet to the operating po-

sition. Make sure the Fresh Water switch in the

helm switch panel is on. The faucet works like

faucets in your home when the water system is

activated. Always lower the faucet to the stored

position and replace the lid when the sink is not

being used.

The basket access door and storage drawer are

secured in the closed position with push to close

latches. To open, pull the latch handle to release

the latch. To close, push the door or drawer until

the latch catches. Periodically clean and lubricate

the latch to protect it from corrosion and help keep

it operating properly.

Slide Out Cooler

A carry on, slide-out cooler is located in a com-

partment below the sink and storage drawer. The

cooler is mounted on a slide track in the compart-

ment that is secured with a spring loaded latch.

The cooler can be slid out of the compartment for

easy access or removal.

Cockpit Console With Sink & Cooler

To slide the cooler out of the compartment, pull

up on the latch lanyard to release it and slide the

cooler out. To store cooler, push the cooler into

the compartment with enough force to engage

the latch. Periodically clean and lubricate the

latch to protect it from corrosion and help keep it

operating properly.

Always make sure the cooler is slid into the com-

partment and securely latched before operating

the boat above idle speed.
