4.2.14 Handwheel Settings

The recommended settings for the plastic size handwheels and tab size handwheel is 3.00 inches and 4.00

inches (76.25mm & 101.5mm) respectively. (See Fig. 4-32. for handwheel locations) These settings are to

be used no matter what size paper is being used for calibration procedures.

Set the pile feeder register handwheel and reregister handwheel to the centerline of the paper size (i.e. on 11

inch paper, the handwheels are set to 5.50 inches). Handwheels are set to the same measurement.

All handwheels display two decimal places, tenths and hundredths.

The handwheel calibration procedures in this section are based on the following parameters:
