TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
PROBLEM

Vacuum cleaner does
not work
1.
Power supply cable not plug into
socket.
2.
The switch on the vacuum
cleaner is not switched on.
1.
Plug the power supply cable into socket.
2.
Switch on the vacuum cleaner by
pressing on the on/off button.
Vacuum cleaner
cannot pick-up dust;
suction power
become weak
1.
Dust container is full.
2.
HEPA filter needs cleaning or
replacement.
1. Empty dust container
2. Remove dust filter assembly and check for
object(s) in suction inlet and remove. Clean or
replace dust filter assembly.
UV Light not working
1.
Cleaned object’s surface uneven
or bottom part of the machine
not touching the cleaning
object’s surface.
2.
UV light lamp tube damaged.
1. Keep the vacuum cleaner constantly in contact
with the cleaning object’s surface.
2. Contact customer service for UV light lamp tube
replacement.
Strange noise when
the operation
1.
Dust container is full
2.
Vacuum cleaner’s inlet is blocked
3.
The filter assembly not inserted
correctly.
1.
Stop and clean the blockage. Contact
customer service is the problem
persists.
2.
Insert the filter assembly securely.
Important
Make sure that dust filter has completely air dried before replacing back in the vacuum cleaner.
