1. Push the INTERVALS Category button.
2. Push the INTERVALS Category button to select the desired Profile Program Workout : INTERVAL--INC, INTERVAL-
-SPD, INTERVAL--DUAL.
3. Push the OK button.

Note:
The INTERVAL--INC Profile Program Workout does not have a Minimum Speed for the Belt option.
