7 Transport, packaging, storage

7.1 Delivery and transport

Delivery

Check the welding helmet for visible transport damage 

after delivery. If the welding helmet shows signs of dam

-

age, this must be reported immediately to the transport 

company or the dealer. 

7.2 Packaging

All packaging materials and packaging aids used in the 

welding helmet are recyclable and must always be recy

-

cled.
Cardboard packaging components have to be shredded 

and brought to the waste paper collection.
The foils are made of polyethylene (PE) and the uphol

-

stery parts are made of polystyrene (PS). These materi

-

als are to be handed in to a recycling center or to the re

-

sponsible waste disposal company. 

7.3 Storage

The welding helmet must be thoroughly cleaned and 

stored in a dry, clean environment at temperatures be

-

tween -10 ° C and +55 ° C and a relative humidity of be

-

low 90%.  
If the welding helmet is not used for a longer period of 

time, the battery must be fully charged, removed from 

the filter system and stored separately. 

8 Product properties and setting op

tions 

The shape of the helmet relieves the head and neck of 

the welder, so the user feels more comfortable while 

working. 

As soon as an arc is struck, the photo sensors on the 

welding filter react and darken the view in 0.08 millisec
