Montage- und Betriebsanleitung für

Assembly and Operating Manual for
2-Finger-Angle Gripper Type PWG
Greifer geschlossen:
1. Stellen Sie den Greifer in Stellung »ZU«.
2. Lösen Sie eine Schraube (Pos. 29) und drehen Sie die
Schaltfahne (Pos. 9), so daß sie in Richtung Näherungs-
schalter zeigt. Ziehen Sie die Schraube (Pos. 29) wieder an.

Für PWG 65 (INW 60):
Schieben Sie den Näherungsschalter
vorsichtig in den Halter (Pos. 10), bis er die Schaltfahne
berührt. Ziehen Sie den Näherungsschalter dann um ca.
0.5 mm zurück.
Für PWG 90 - 230:
Schieben Sie den Näherungsschalter vor-
sichtig bis zum Anschlag in den Halter (Pos. 10). Der
Schaltabstand kann bei Bedarf durch lösen der Schrauben
Pos. 26 noch variiert werden.
4. Fixieren Sie den Näherungsschalter mit den Klemmschraube
(Pos. 27). Max. Anzugsmoment 100 Ncm.
5. Schließen Sie den Näherungsschalter an.
6. Testen Sie die Funktion, indem Sie die Finger öffnen und
schließen.
Greifer geöffnet:
1. Stellen Sie den Greifer in Stellung »AUF«.
2. Montieren Sie den anderen Näherungsschalter wie von Punkt
2 bis Punkt 6 beschrieben.
13.2 Montage FPS - S13
Der FPS-Sensor wird direkt an das Gehäuse (Pos. 1) ange-
schraubt (siehe Abbildung unten). Verwenden Sie dafür die
Schrauben M 2.5 x 8 aus dem Beipack.
Gripper closed:
1. Put the gripper onto “closed” position.
2. Loosen the screw (Pos. 29) and turn the control cam (Pos. 9)
in a way, that they are showing into the direction of the proxi-
mity switches. Thighten the screw (Pos. 29) again.

For PWG 65 (INW 60)
Carefully move the proximity switch
into the bracket (Pos. 10), until it contacts the control cam.
Draw back the proximity switch by appr. 0.5 mm.
For PWG 90 - 230:
Carefully move the proximity switch to the
stop of the bracket (Pos. 10. The sensing distance can be
adjusted by loosing the screws Pos. 26).
4. Fix the proximity switch with a clamping screw (Pos. 27). Max.
startening torque 10 Ncm.
5. Connect the proximity switch again.
6. Control function by opening and closing the fingers.
Gripper opens:
1. Put the gripper onto "open" position.
2. Mount the other proximity switch as described from point 2 -
Point 6.
13.2 Assembly FPS-S13
The FPS-sensor is directly screwed onto the housing (Pos. 1)
(see illustration below). Please use the screws M 2.5 x 8 out of
the little plastic back.
