6.5 Servicing and assembling the module

Maintenance
• Clean all parts thoroughly and check for damage and wear.
• Treat all greased areas with lubricant.

• Oil or grease bare external steel parts.
• Lightly grease the moving components of the cover.
• Replace all wear parts / seals.

Assembly
Assembly takes place in the opposite order to disassembly.
Observe the following:

• Notice the installation position of the base jaws.
• Adjustment of the initial tension of the rotary cover (20)
– Put the gripper into "open" position.
– Screw the fitting screw (31) in the rotary cover.
– Turn rotary cover clockwise
Rotations of fitting bolt [ } 35].
– Clamp the rotary axle with the setscrew (29), to keep the
tension of the open gripper.
• Unless otherwise specified, secure all screws and nuts with
Loctite no. 243 and tighten with the appropriate tightening
torque.
