2. Initiation
The machine is covered with a cardboard for transport and fixed with the pallet. Right after receiving you should check, if the cardboard and the
machine are in good condition without damages. Do this just after receiving from the transportation company the goods and in accompany of a
responsible person. Unscrew the two fixing screws from the transportation plywood. Later on, if you have to send the machine somewhere else,
cover the machine with the same cardboard and in the same way, as you received. The machine has to be cold and the press arm has to be pulled
down
The press is delivered in a cardboard. After taking the machine from the packaging and switching off the power supply, the heat press is ready for
transportation. The press do not need a special assemble or additional fixing to the ground.
The BluePRESSLine DTG press has to be connected to a voltage of 230VAC/ 50Hz. The press is equipped with a power plug. Make sure that the
power outlet is in the right condition and that the grounding is connected to the power outlet.
Caution: please do not connect this press to any other outlet (socket) than those equipped with ground-fault protection ELCB (earth leakage circuit
breaker). In case of doubt ask your licensed electrician to check the wiring. Connecting the machine to a socket that is not earthed or where the
earthing does not work properly, is hazardous to health and dangerous for the machine. Any damages arising from an improper plugging
invalidates the warranty.
Beim Einschalten muss der Pressarm immer oben sein, das heißt, die Presse muss geöffnet sein. Die Presse muss auch geöffnet sein wenn die
Presse aufheizt. Schalten Sie den grünen Kippschalter an der
rechten Seite der Presse ein. Der grüne Schalter leuchtet und die Presse heizt bis
zur eingestellten Temperatur. Nach Abschluss der Arbeit an der Presse muss der Kippschalter ausgeschaltet werden und der Stecker muss aus
der Steckdose gezogen werden.
3. Working with the heat press
3 .1 Programming of electronic devices
After turning the machine on, the display shows the current temperature on the heat plate and the heat press is warming up to the settled
temperature limit.
To change the settings:
1. The programming mode shows up when you press button 1 for about 5 seconds, until the LED1 blinks up.
2. LED1 blinks up and the programmed temperature shows up. The programming mode is activated.
3. The temperature gets programmed with button 2 and 3. Temperature setting have been saved.
4. Press button 1 shortly. On the display you now can see the programmed time. You can set up the time by pushing button 2 and 3. Time settings
has been saved.
5. Press button 1 the display shows the programmed time for prepressing. With the buttons 2 or 3 you can change and leave the programming
mode. Prepress time has been saved.
6. Press Button 1 shortly to save the changes and leave the programming mode. All new settings has been saved.

6. To get to the ECO programming, press Button 1 for 3 seconds.
7. With Button 2 and 3 you can switch between the ECO modes:
OFF - ECO Mode is turned off,
0,5 H- ECO Mode is turned on, after 30 minutes temperature drops about 50°C, then after 60 minutes the heating elements turn off.
1 H - ECO Mode is turned on, after 60 minutes the temperature drops about 50°C, then after 60 minutes the heating elements turn off.
2 H - ECO Mode turned on, after 120 minutes the temperature drops about 50°C, then after 60 minutes the heating elements turn off.
8. Press button 1 shortly. With the buttons 2 or 3 you can switch the sound on (BEL 1) or off (BEL 0). Sound settings have been saved.
9. To leave the programming mode press button 1.
Control of the preset temperature
If you want to control which temperature is adjusted at the moment,
press button 2(+). The temperature shows up on the display.
Control of the preset time
If you want to control which time is adjusted at the moment, press
button 3(-). The time shows up on the display.
