Skid Steer Mounting

READ  THE  ‘OPERATION’  SECTION  OF  YOUR  SKID  STEER  OPERATOR’S  MANUAL
BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO OPERATE THE SKID STEER AND SNOW BLOWER.

Refer to the “Skid Steer Motor Mount” pages in this manual.

1. Check with your local Schulte dealer or the factory to ensure that you have the correct size hydraulic motor

and the proper mount frame for your make and model of skid steer.

2. Bolt the mount assembly (B750-307) and the lower mount arms (B750-206) to the main housing using four

5/8” x 4” bolts and four 5/8” locking flange nuts. Bolt the assembly to the gearbox using two 3/8” x 1” bolts,
two 3/8” lockwashers and two 3/8” flatwashers.

3. Mount the hydraulic motor on the mount plate and install the 16 tooth sprockets on the motor and the gear-

box. The set screw on the splined sprocket must line up with the groove on the gearbox input shaft. Bolt
the mount plae to the assembly using four 2” x 1-1/2” bolts, four 2” flatwashers and four 1/2” locking flange
nuts.

4. Align the sprockets and install the double chain.
5. Bolt the top link arm (B750-308) to the main housing with two 5/8” x 3-1/2” bolts and two 5/8” locking flange

nuts.

6. Bolt the Industry Standard Universal Skid Steer Quick Mount (B750-601) to the lower mount arms using

two 7/8” x 2-1/2” bolts and two 7/8” locknuts. Bolt the quick frame to the top link arm with two 5/8” x 4” bolts
and two 5/8” locking flange nuts.

7. Install the hydraulic hoses as shown in the drawing in the Parts Manual.
8. Follow the instructions with your skid steer loader to quick attach the snow blower to the skid steer loader.

Safety  and  Operation Sections

 of

this Operator’s Manual.

Hydraulic Chute Rotation Kit

Refer to the Hydraulic Rotator and Chute section of the Parts Manual

1. Insert #10 M-ORB to #6 M-JIC fitting into the Hydraulic Motor (116-902) ports.
2. Attach the Hydraulic Motor to the Hydraulic Mount Bracket (B965-145) using four 3/8” x 1” UNC bolts and

four 3/8” lockwashers. 

3. Attach the Pinion Assembly (B620-144) to the motor shaft using the woodruff key and a rubber mallet. 
4. Secure the Pinion Assembly to the motor shaft with a 1/4” x 1” UNC bolt and a 1/4” lockwasher.
5. Mount  the  Hydraulic  Mount  Bracket  together  with  the  Chute  Drive  Shield Assembly  (B750-121)  to  the

blower frame using four 1/2” x 1-1/4” bolts, and four 1/2” locking flange nuts.

6. Attach hydraulic hoses to the hydraulic motor.

Hydraulic Chute Deflection Kit

Refer to the Hydraulic Rotator and Chute section of the Parts Manual

1. Insert #8 M-ORB to #6 M-JIC 90° Elbow into the Hydraulic Cylinder (100-2045) ports.
2. Attach the Hydraulic Cylinder to the Chute Assembly (B750-112) and the Deflector Sub-Assembly (B750-

116) using two 1" x 2-7/8” Clevis pins, two 1" SAE washers and two 3/16” x 1-1/2” cotter pins.

3. Attach hydraulic hoses to the cylinder.
