DHX-360/DHX-600 03/21

Maintenance Section 5-3

3. Check all bolts for tightness periodically. Reference provided bolt chart for torque specifications.

4. Keep all tires inflated to 58psi on the DH60, 58psi on the DH36.

5. Check wheel lug bolts after first 4 hours of use

and tighten if necessary (550/45 22.5 tire nuts

tighten to 170ft.lbs., outer wing forklift tires

tighten to 80 ft. lbs.). Inspect tire condition,

wheel bearings and lug nut; torque periodically.

6. Inspect and repack with grease all main tire

hubs yearly.

7. Inspect hubs after every field use for any signs

of damage.

8. The discs are required to be lifted out of the

ground when making turns in the field.

Significant side forces can be generated during

turns which could damage the disc shanks and

discs over a period of time.

9. Ensure all shank nuts are properly torqued to 200 ft. lbs. (front and rear row).
