2. Set up
- Please make sure that the main voltage corresponds to the values indicated on the type
plate
.
- Place the bath tank (5) onto the appliance casing. Insert red plug of the anode bow (6)
into the red socket on the backside of the device. Insert plug of the black connection
cable into the corresponding socket at the device and the bath tank.
- Please pay attention to the safety information (safety data sheets) on the used
electrolyte. Electrolyte is acid, avoid therefore contact with skin, eyes or/and clothes.
- Fill the polishing electrolyte up to the upper edge of the cathode sheet plate in the bath
tank. Do not fill liquid over upper edge, since otherwise electrolyte could enter bath tank
through opening of anode bow.
We recommend as polishing liquid (Electrolyte):

- Connect unit to the mains supply.

3. Starting up and operating mode
- Switch off device. Mains switch (2) in position „0“.
- Set required polishing period by means of the time control knob.
- Set Switch (4) to the lowest graduation (1,2)
