Solutions
This device must only be installed and maintained by qualified specialist personnel,
mechanics, and electricians. Work on electrical equipment must be carried out by
qualified electrical specialists only.
After repair and maintenance work, always check safety equipment as set out in
t
he “Safety” operating instructions.

Pump does not start

Check connection; correct if necessary
Motor protection switch triggered

Check motor for fault; is it overheated?

Manual slide valve on control handle is
in “Release” position
Move the manual slide valve on control
handle to the “Clamp” position

Suction chamber is switched on and the
workpiece is not completely covering it
or the suction chamber is not being
completely used
Switch off the corresponding suction
chamber using the manual slide valve
on the suction plate when the remaining
load-bearing capacity is greater or the
same as the workpiece weight.
A suction chamber which is not covered
by the workpiece is open
Switch off the corresponding suction
chamber using the manual slide valve.
Filter is dirty
