6 Ventilbaustein
Die Ventilbausteine arbeiten mit SW bzw. SVK-W
Ventiltechnik.
Die Ventiltechnik SVK-W wird bei Anwendungen mit sehr
schnellen Zykluszeiten eingesetzt (z.B. Richtwert für das
Ablegen der Werkstücke mit aktivem Abblasimpuls: ca. 0,3
sec.). Zudem ist das Ansaugverhalten für raue und
strukturierte Oberflächen optimiert.
Optimaler Arbeitszyklus siehe unten.
Die Ventiltechnik SW ist eine kostengünstige Ausführung
(z.B. Richtwert für das Ablegen der Werkstücke mit aktivem
Abblasimpuls: ca. 0,5 sec.).

6 Valve module
The valve modules work with SW and SVK-W valve
technology.
The SVK-W valve technology is used for application with
very fast cycling times (e.g. guideline for the lowering of
workpieces with active blow-off pulse: approx. 0.3 sec.). The
pick-up behavior is also optimized for rough and textured
surfaces.
See below for the optimal working cycle.
The SW valve technology is a cost-effective design (e.g.
guideline for the lowering of the workpieces with active blow-
off pulse: approx. 0.5 sec.).
7 Dichtplatte
Die Dichtplatte besteht aus einem technischer Schaum. Das
Raster ist verfügbar in fein (ab Werkstückbreite 30mm) oder
mittel (ab Werkstückbreite 60mm). Die Dichtplatte ist
asymmetrisch gelocht und für einen schnellen Wechsel
ausgelegt. Näheres siehe Kapitel Montage.
Optional gibt es eine Dichtplatte mit selbst reinigender
Filtersiebmatte. Das Eindringen von Schmutz wird dadurch
vermieden und die Wartungsintervalle werden verlängert.
7 Sealing plate
The sealing plate is made of technical foam material and is
available with fine-spaced (for workpiece widths of 30 mm or
greater) or medium-spaced (for workpiece widths of 60 mm
or greater) holes. The holes in the sealing plate are arranged
asymmetrically and the mat is designed for quick
replacement. For further details, see the section
"Installation". A sealing plate with a self-cleaning filter mat is
available as an option. This prevents the entry of dirt and
means that the gripper does not need to be maintained so
frequently.

Die Ventilbausteine arbeiten mit SW bzw. SVK-W
Ventiltechnik. Die SW-Ventiltechnik ist im Saugernippel
integriert. Beim Einsatz der SVK-W Ventiltechnik ist der
Arbeitszyklus, siehe 4.1 zu beachten. Die Hauptanwendung
des Ventilbausteins mit Saugern ist beim Ansaugen von
nicht eigenstabiler Teile zu sehen.

8 Valve module for suction pads
The valve modules work with SW and SVK-W valve
technology. The SW valve technology is integrated in the
suction-pad nipple.
When using the SVK-W valve technology, observe the
working cycle (see 4.1). The main application of the valve
module with suction pads is picking up parts that are not
rigid.
9 Sauger
Die Sauger werden in den Durchmessergrößen 20, 32, 52
mit 2,5 Falten und den Durchmessergrößen 30, 40 mit
1,5 Falten angeboten, optional mit integriertem Filtersieb.
Jeder Sauger kann separat gewechselt werden.
9 Suction pads
The suction pads are offered in diameters diameters 20, 32,
52 with 2.5 folds and diameters 30, 40 with
1.5 folds, optionally with an integrated filter screen. Every
suction pad can be changed separately.
