General information
The motorhandpiece is designed for maximum durability. Despite this, the
chuck should be removed and cleaned from time to time, and the dirt underneath the
handpiece tip removed with a brush.
Contamination on the plastic surfaces can be removed with a dry cloth.
Do not use aggressive cleaning agents!

Care and inspection plan for QUBE II handpiece:
Interval Care and inspection tasks Remarks
Weekly Dismantle the tip and remove dirt Do not use compressed air!
Once a
month Dismantle the chuck, clean and lubricate Lubricate with Art.No. 51/1
E0804/ E0201 No handpiece connected Check whether the handpiece is
correctly connected - check plug
with bayonet connector!
E0806 Overload cut-off function Decrease contact pressure on
workpiece.
E0802 Handpiece blocked Check whether the chuck is closed.
Check smooth running of the
shaft.
Broken cable Replace the handpiece cable.
General error The control unit is flashing red,
no display on the control satel-
lite, keys without function
Check connection cable from the
control satellite, remove the mains
plug and plug it back in again.
General error Keys are not very responsive Unplug the mains plug and plug it
back in again.
Do not touch the control satellite
when restarting, so as to avoid
miscalibration!
