2.2 Tools and Materials

To install the sensor and codestrip, you will need the following tools and materials.

A.

Allen key to remove patient alignment adjustment knob and tighten replacement knob
in position.

B.

Allen key (3/32 in.) to adjust clearance between encoder and codestrip.

C.

Phillips screwdriver to install sensor clip.

D.

Screwdriver to remove bar from drum velcro area.

E.

Fine-point marker or pencil to draw guideline for codestrip.
