To turn the tool to the correct position, the rear release
ring (a) must be pulled forward towards the tool and
held. Then the tool can be turned to the desired
position. Then release the release ring (a) again and
make sure that it is securely engaged.

For safety reasons, use the demolition hammer
only with the additional grip.
The additional handle (3) allows the user additional
hold when using the demolition hammer.
For safety
reasons, it is not permitted to use the device without
the additional handle (3). The additional handle can
be turned into any arbitrary position.
Loosen the
locking of the additional handle (3) by turning the
handle anti-clockwise.
Turn the handle to the most comfortable working
position and tighten the handle again by turning it
clockwise.

Start up

ATTENTION!
Always make sure the device is fully assembled
before commissioning!
Attention!
For your safety, the machine may only
be held by the two handles (1 and 3, Fig. 1)!
This avoids the risk of an electric shock when
chiselling in the event contact is made with lines.
Switching on/off (fig. 4)
This electric tool operates with a momentary switch.
Warning!
Hold the electric tool securely by the main
and additional handles!
Only then operate the on/off
switch!
Otherwise there is a danger of injury!
Hold the electric tool securely in a vertical position by
the main and additional handles.
Press the on/off switch (2) and hold it in position.
Release the ON/OFF switch (2) to switch the electric
tool off.
•
For continuous operation, press the on/off
switch (2) and the locking knob (b) on the handle
simultaneously.
•
To switch off continuous operation, press the on/off
switch (2) and then release it again.
Always keep chisel tools sharp.
Attention:
–
Only work with low pressure when chiselling.
–
Too much pressure puts unnecessary strain on the
motor.
7.
Unpacking
•
Open the packaging and carefully remove the
device.
•
Remove the packaging material, as well as
the packaging and transport safety devices (if
present).
•
Check whether the scope of delivery is complete.
•
Check the device and accessory parts for
transport damage.
In the event of complaints
the carrier must be informed immediately.
Later
claims will not be recognised.
•
If possible, keep the packaging until the expiry of
the warranty period.
•
Familiarise yourself with the product by means
of the operating manual before using for the first
time.
•
With accessories as well as wearing parts
and replacement parts use only original parts.
Replacement parts can be obtained from your
dealer.
•
When ordering please provide our article number
as well as type and year of manufacture for your
product.

Assembly / Before commissioning

ATTENTION!
Always make sure the device is fully assembled
before commissioning!

•
Clean tool before use and lightly grease tool shaft
with grease.
•
Pull back the SDS MAX chuck lock (4) as far as the
stop.
Insert the chisel as far as the stop and turn it
until it latches into place.
•
Release the SDS MAX chuck.
It should only be
possible to slide the chisel forwards or backwards
by approx. 1 cm in the chuck.
•
Check the locking mechanism by pulling on the
tool.
Remove tool
Removal takes place in reverse order.
