The operator

Common sense and caution are factors which cannot be 

installed in a machine. The operator is responsible for 

these factors. Note: 

•  Avoid body contact with grounded surfaces such as 

pipes or radiators.

•  Be vigilant. Do not work on the machine when you 

are tired.

•  Do not operate the product under the influence of 

alcohol or drugs. Read the warning notice to deter-

mine if your sense of judgement or reflexes may be 

impaired.

•  Nonslip footwear is recommended.

•  Protect long hair using appropriate means.

Wear eye and ear protection. Always wear:

•  ANSI-approved dust respirators. 

•  Hearing protection.

•  Keep your balance at any time.

 Proper Use

The machine conforms to the current EC Machinery Directive

•  Before starting work, all protective and safety devices 

should have been installed on the machine.

•  The machine is designed for operation by one person. 

The operator is responsible for third parties in the 

work area.

•  Observe all safety and hazard instructions at the ma-

chine.

•  The device is designed for heavy demolition and chi-

selling work using an appropriate chisel.

•  The machine may be operated only according to its 

intended use. Any use other than that intended is 

improper. It is not the manufacturer but the user 

/ operator who is liable for any damage or injuries 

caused.

•  Please note that our equipment have not been desig-

ned for use in commercial, trade or industrial appli-

cations. We do not assume any liability if it is used 

in commercial, trade or industrial businesses or any 

other equivalent activity.

•  All safety and hazard instructions at the machine 

must be kept in a legible condition.

•  Use the machine only in perfect working condition 

and according to its intended purpose, as well as 

adequate consideration of safety aspects and hazards 

in compliance with this operating manual. All mal-

functions which might affect safety must be (allowed 

to be) rectified immediately!

•  The safety, work and maintenance instructions of the 

manufacturer as well as the dimensions indicated in 

the technical data must be followed.

•  The relevant accident prevention regulations and 

other, generally accepted safety rules must be fol-

lowed.

•  The machine may be used, serviced or repaired only 

by people, who are familiar with it and are instruc-
