Mains connection
●
Compare the voltage given on the ma
-
chine model plate e.g. 230 V with the
mains voltage and connect the machine to
the relevant and properly earthed plug.
●
Connect the machine via a 30 mA fault
current safety switch.
●
Do not use any defective connection ca-
bles.
●
Use connecting or extension cables up to
a length of 1.5 m featuring a core cross
section of at least 25 mm².
●
Main fuse: 10 A
Switching on/off
Do not use any device where the switch
can not be switched on and off. Damaged
switches must be repaired or replaced
immediately by the customer service.
Switching on (Fig.5)
Operate the trip switch (5) at first.
●
Press the ON/OFF button (4) on the han-
dle.
●
Start the machine at the lowest rota-
tional speed (Level 1).
Switching off
Release the ON/OFF handle button.
This machine is not suited for continu-
ous operation.
Speed control (Fig.6)
With this type, the motor‘s speed and thus
the agitator performance can be adjusted.
(Level 1 - 6). You can continuously adjust
the speed with the speed control (6).
2- speed gear (Fig.7)
The device is equipped with a 2-speed
gear. If the gear selection switch cannot be
locked, turn the stirring staff a little. For the
speed selection turn the switch (7) by 180°.

Only operate this switch at standstill.
Working with the paint and mortar mix-
ing tool
●
Before changing the mixing tool you must
pull the power plug.
●
Reduce the working speed when you im-
merse the mixing tool into the material you
want to mix and when you take it out again.
●
When the mixing tool is fully immersed,
raise the speed to maximum in order to
ensure adequate cooling of the motor.
●
Move the mixing tool through the mixing
container during the mixing operation.

The indicated vibration emission value has
been measured using a standardized test
procedure and can be used to compare one
electric tool with another;
The indicated vibration emission value can
also be used in a preliminary exposure as-
sessment.
Depending on how the power tool is used,
the vibration emission value may differ from
the specified value when the power tool is
actually used;
Try to keep the exposure to vibrations as
low as possible. Actions reducing the expo-
sure to vibration include, for example, wear-
ing gloves when the tool is used and limit-
ing the working time. Here, all aspects of
the operating cycle must be considered (for
example, the times when the tool is turned
off, and those when the tool is turned on but
running without load).

Assembly (Fig. 2-4)
Chucking the beaters
Risk of injury!
Wear protective gloves.
The beater holders (9/10) and the beaters
themselves are identified by the letters
R
and L.
●
Push the sleeve (11/12) down and connect
the beaters (2/3) to the appropriately iden-
tified holders (9/10).
●
Make sure that the pin (a) is in the groove
(b) on each beater.
●
Release the sleeve. The beater is locked.
●
m
Check the safe seating of the beaters
by pulling on them.
9. Start-up
Before you connect the equipment to the
mains supply make sure that the data on the
rating plate are identical to the mains data.
Always pull the power plug before making
adjustments to the equipment.
