Preventive maintenance:
The whole machine are to be cleaned at regular intervals depending on the performance, usage and
location.
1)
Use hot water with a mild soap solution
2)
Remove bag in box’s. Remember to close the taps.
3)
Remove mixers and outlet tubes, and remove remnants, if any.
4)
Clean in soapy water.
5)
Re-mount the mixers and outlet tubes place the bag in box’s, and open the valves.
6)
Switch on the machine and test the drinks. Make Brix test on all selections ( see suppliers Brix
scheme).
7)
Remove the drip tray and clean in soapy water.
8)
Clean cooling exhaust with a vacuum cleaner.
