1. Light or display fails to illuminate
TROUBLE SHOOTING
POSSIBLE CAUSE REMEDY
No power in stove or in the control panel. Check the power connection.
Blown fuse. Replace the fuse.
Before seeking after-sale services, please check the list below:

2. The f low fan doesn’t work
POSSIBLE CAUSE REMEDY
Auger pipe is blocked. Clean the auger pipe, use standard pellets.
There is a problem with the connection
between feeding motor and auger. Check if bolts between feeding auger and motor are loose
or mismatched. If so, please contact qualified technician.
3. Auger doesn’t feed pellet
