S5 oxygen concentrator
1. Check for any obvious damage to the box or its contents. If damage is evident, notify the carrier, or your
local distributor.
2. Remove the foam block from the packaging and the box.
3. Carefully take out all the parts and the machine from the carton. Inspect/examine the exterior of the
oxygen concentrator for nicks, dents, scratches or other damages.
If there are parts or quality issues, please contact your local distributor. Keep the box and packaging
materials for future storage and transportation.
