Operating conditions
■
Never use lifting magnets without having read and understood the operating instructions.
■
Always arrange the load horizontally.
■
Use the lifting magnet as an individual unit.
■
Never lift multiple load items together.
■
The workpiece always has to fully cover the pole surfaces of the magnet.
■
If possible, avoids air gaps between the load and pole surface, caused by, for example, unevenness, rough
surfaces, dirt and burrs.
■
Avoid thin loads if possible.
■
Lift and move loads made of material with the highest possible ferromagnetic alloy content (e.g. Fe and Co). The
adhesion forces are significantly reduced on stainless steel, cast iron or materials with a high nickel content.
