Place the LEFT END (B) inside the LEFT LEG FRAME (D) as 
shown in the upper diagram below.

Fasten the LEFT END (B) to the LEFT LEG FRAME (D). Use 
three BLACK 1/2" PAN HEAD SCREWS (25) through the 
METAL BRACKETS and three BLACK 1-3/4" PAN HEAD 
SCREWS (19) through the LEFT LEG FRAME as shown.
