Carefully turn your unit upright.

If the 109872 U-Shape Connector Kit was also purchased, go to that instruction book now. If the 109872 U-Shape 
Connector Kit was not purchased, continue with this step.

With someone’s help, carefully position the 109848 Return Kit next to the 109843 Executive Desk.

 

å

Fasten two CONNECTOR PLATES (T) to the bottom of the MOLDINGS on the 109848 Return Kit and 109843 Executive Desk. 
Use sixteen BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (CC).

 

å

Fasten the 109843 Modesty Panel to the 109843 Inner End. Use three BROWN 1-1/2" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (14S) and 
FINISHING WASHERS (X).

 

å

Fasten the SUPPORT BRACKET (Q) (already attached to the 109843 Modesty Panel) to the 109843 Front Molding. Use 
three BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (CC).

 

å

NOTE: The Front Molding has two pre-drilled holes for the SUPPORT BRACKET. There is no pre-drilled hole for the third 
SCREW. Use a little extra force when starting this SCREW.

IMPORTANT: The 9848-015 Return Kit must be attached to the 109843 Executive Desk as indicated in this step.
