commands is:

Set Emulation mode settings:
SL~E=M1,I<index>,A<Attribute1>,B<Attribute2>,C

prefix M indicates the emulation mode (M1
means Freewave, M2 means something else...)
prefix I is the index indicating the specific setting
under the emulation mode
prefixes A, B, C, ... indicate the corresponding
