7. Assembly
7.1. SATA filter 100 prep and 103 prep
• Install mounting bracket [1-2] on the filter
• Install the filter vertically on the wall with screws, thus ensuring full func -
tionality of the automatic condensate drain valve
• Connect air inlet G ½” (internal thread) to compressed air line with
detachable bolted connection
• Slide condensate drain hose [1-10] over the drain valve [1-9] ; put hose
end into a suitable collection container (not included in delivery).
Note!
• Mount shut-off tap in front of the filter, e.g.
Art. No. 10934
(not in-
cluded in delivery), allowing easy and safe filter maintenance.
7.2. Retrofit SATA filter 100 prep to filter 103 prep

For retrofitting with an activated charcoal filter, a SATA filter 101 prep
[C]
(Art. No. 157412) is required:
• Depressurise filter (close shut-off tap)
• Loosen
[2-1]
air outlet module
[D]
from the dual-stage filter combina -
tion [A]/[B]
• Screw on [2-2] SATA filter 101 prep [C]
• Screw on [2-3] air outlet module [D]

Warning! Attention!
Use solvent-resistant, antistatic, undamaged, technically flawless com -
pressed air hoses with a continuous pressure resistance of minimum 10
bar, e.g. Art. No. 53090 !
