■ Insert the O-ring

in the gland

■ Screw the gland in so that the agitator shaft can be turned by hand
without applying force.
■ Push the pneumatic motor [17‑1] and flex coupling [17‑2] onto the
agitator shaft.
■ Tighten the grub screw in the lower half of the coupling.
■ Tighten the flex coupling with the agitator shaft into the holder [17‑18] .
■ Push the collet [17‑15] with the washer [17‑17] onto the agitator shaft
up to the hub.
■ Tighten the grub screw
[17‑16]
in the collet.
■ Push the agitator blade
[17‑12]
onto the agitator shaft and tighten the
grub screw [17‑11] in the collet [17‑14] over the agitator crossbeam
[17‑10] (see chapter 11.5).
■ Screw the hex nut [17‑13] onto the agitator shaft and tighten.
■ Tighten the hex screw
[17‑8]
■ Secure the hex screw with the lock nut
[17‑7]
.
■ Mount the cover with pneumatic agitator without gear on the material
pressure tank.
■ Close the material pressure tank (see chapter 10.4).

Disassembly:
■ Open the material pressure tank (see chapter 10.4).
■ Remove the cover with pneumatic / electric agitator with gear.
■ Loosen the lock nut [18‑10] and the hex screw [18‑11] .
■ Remove the pneumatic motor with gear [18‑1] and the upper half of the
coupling [18‑2] .
■ Remove the coupling washer
[18‑3]
.
■ Loosen the grub screw [18‑19] in the collet [18‑18] under the hub
[18‑12] .
■ Push the collet with the washer [18‑20] down to the bottom of the agita-
tor shaft [18‑6] .
SATA FDG 24 / 48 with pneumatic / electric agitator with gear only
■ Unscrew the hex nut [18‑16] from the agitator shaft.
■ Take the agitator blade [18‑15] from the agitator shaft and loosen the
grub screw
[18‑14]
in the collet
[18‑17]
over the agitator crossbeam
[18‑13]
(see chapter 11.5).
