Attention:
Fired with controller and fan must be to
tightly close the air intake dosage flap, screw the bolt into
threaded hole. See in the picture.
With boilers of SAS UWT type, regulation of combustion intensity and heat capacity,
depending on weather conditions, is done by microprocessor controller.
The controller ensures optimal combustion process, by regulating fan and
circulation pump work (if heating installation have a pump). Once fire up process is
finished, and boiler riches required temperature, the controller keeps it constant.
If boiler’s temperature is lower than set value, the controller switches to the working
mode and starts the fan, if it is higher, it is switched to the sustaining mode, only
scavenging of the boiler is performed.
When boiler operates in a traditional way (with no electric power) combustion
intensity regulation may be manual one. It is done with air dosing regulation
screw, which is placed on air intake dosage flap (pos. 10), or with air draught
regulator (pos. 14) (the air draught regulator itself, is not a standard equipment
of a boiler, however it is possible to attach it to the connector placed in the upper
part of a boiler). The air draught regulator is connected to the air flap by
means of the string. It performs dosing the air for combustion process. Water
temperature in a boiler may be red on thermometer (pos. 26).
Attention:
Traditionally fired, the bolt must be
into threaded hole. See in the picture.
In the central heating installation heating requirement is changing along with
outdoor conditions, e.g. daytime and temperature. Temperature of water leaving
out the boiler depends also on thermal characteristic of building, e.g. construction
materials, in particular the insulation one.
