Insert bicycle’s skewer, tighten the skewer and secure the bicycle frame to the trainer. Visually inspect and confirm 
whether the bicycle has been fixed to the trainer, if not, repeat steps 14-16.

Inserte el espetón de la bicicleta, apriételo y asegure el cuadro de la bicicleta al aparato de entrena-miento.  
Inspeccione visualmente y compruebe que la bicicleta se haya fijado al aparato de entrena-miento. De lo contrario,
