ASSEMBLING THE FAN
Your new Desk Fan has been shipped un-assembled to reduce wastage of packing material, paper
cartons and weight. Please keep these instructions handy as they outline how to simply and easily
assemble the fan.
•
After taking out everything from the carton, put the base on a level surface. Insert the stand
pole (11) to the base (13).
•
Locate the motor unit and spin the locking nut (4) in anti-clockwise direction to remove it
from the motor housing. (Figure 1)
•
Locate the rear guard (5) and position it over the protruding indents. The safety grill will
only fit one way over the protruding indents with the handle facing up. Replace the locking
nut (4) and tighten, taking care not to over-tighten. (Figure 2)
