CUSTOM KEY FUNCTION
In the recording mode, a function can be
assigned to the left/right keys of the
controller. This function is specified in
section 1 of the still-image recording menu
(page 57). This function cannot be used
with the movie/audio mode or digital
subject programs. Refer to the relevant
sections for information on exposure
compensation (page 66), white balance
(page 61), camera sensitivity (page 64),
and color mode (page 60).
In the still-image recording mode, use the
left/right controller keys to change the
function set with the menu.
The LCD monitor displays the settings as
they are changed.
The changes are visible in the monitor
image. The function is set automatically
after five seconds or when another
camera button is pressed.
