Using your Internal Phone Book
Using Speed Dial
Your phone lets you dial numbers saved in your
Internal Phone Book by pressing fewer keys.
See page 40 for details.
To use Speed Dial:
1.
Press the keys that correspond to the speed
dial number (2-9).
2.
Press .
Abbreviated Dialing
Abbreviated Dialing is another form of speed
dialing. If the last four digits you entered do
not match any entry’s phone number in your
phone book, the four digits are prepended
with the digits specified by you and a call to
the prepended number is initiated without
further input.
1.
Dial the last four digits of a Phone Book
entry’s phone number.
2.
Highlight .
3.
Press (or /
).
To activate this feature:
1.
From the main menu, highlight

5.
Highlight .
6.
Press .
7.
Enter a string of digits (up to six).
