Using your Internal Phone Book
Adding Multiple Phone Numbers/
E-mail/Web Addresses to an
Existing Entry
1.
Select the entry you wish to add phone
numbers/e-mail/web addresses to (See
“Finding and Retrieving Numbers” for
finding an existing entry).
2.
Highlight ,

press .
3.
Enter the number or address, highlight
and press .
4.
Select the appropriate label for the phone
number entry.
E-mail and Web Address are labeled
automatically.
Finding and Retrieving Numbers
There are several ways to access numbers in
your Internal Phone Book. Follow the steps
outlined in the sections below. Make sure
your phone is in Standby mode.
Reviewing All Memory Locations
You can review all the numbers stored in
your Internal Phone Book by name, phone
number, e-mail and web address. Follow
these simple steps:

From the main menu, highlight

Press of the Navigation key for the
shortcut (steps 1 through 4).

Tip:
