Electrical Adjustments
To enter the service mode
To enter the “Service Mode”, press the MENU and NORMAL button on the projector and hold for 3 seconds.
To adjust service data
Select the adjustment item by pressing the pointer or button, and change the value by pressing the VOL-
UME + or VOLUME - button.
To return to the normal mode
To return to the “Normal mode”, press the POWER ON-OFF button on the projector or remote control unit.

!! CAUTION: Do not replace IC807 unreasonably!!
IC807 (EP-ROM) memorises the data adjusted at ser-
vice mode, and should not be replaced except for the
case of defective product.
Lamp illumination time, data no. 37 of service mode, is
memorised in IC807 to indicate the span of lamp life.
When IC807 is replaced, lamp illumination time is reset
to the initial value.
(Lamp illumination time can not be set to the previous
value.)

Caution to replace IC807
When the IC is replaced with new one, the CPU write
in initial data in IC807. Initial data is not the same data
as factory initial data, and the further adjustments are
required. Please refer to “Electrical Adjustments” for
further adjustments.
Lamp illumination time is reset to the initial value.
●
Caution to replace Ass’y Main (in the case IC807
is not damaged)
When Ass’y Main unit is replaced, IC807 should be
replaced with the one on previous Ass’y Main unit.
After replacement, please refer to “Electrical
Adjustments” for further adjustments.
Lamp illumination time keep the value as before.
