Press the FULL AUTO button.

Grip the sensor controller with your fingers (with both hands) so that four sensors are
touched.
Stiffness is measured.
Grip the sensor controller with
your fingers (with one hand) so
that three sensors are touched.
Measure the position of shoulder.
Sensor massaging will start.
Massage according to detected stress and stiffness.
The STRESS indicator disappears.
Course selection of STIFFNESS/RECOVERY/RELAX/QUICK
Massaging using a whole body Sensor automatic course program based on the degree of
stiffness detected by sensors.
Press the STIFFNESS,RECOVERY,RELAX or QUICK buttons.
