This manual provides a general system description of the 

SaniServ

 108R Frozen Beverage Dispenser . It has been 

prepared to assist in the training of personnel on the proper 

installation, 

operation, and maintenance of the dis-

penser. This unit is a component system having both remote product fill and a 

remote 

refrigeration system. 

Please read and fully understand the instructions in this manual before attempting to install, 

operate 

or perform 

routine maintenance on the machine.
